Products Impacted: services hosted on the Banter Platform.

Additional Information: There are intermittent issues impacting services hosted on the Banter platform.

Root cause: Under investigations

Estimated Resolution: No Estimated Time of Resolution is available at this stage.

Exetel apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Update:

Services are now stable, however the platform is being closely monitored at the moment, if all is well this outage notification would be tagged as resolved within a couple of hours.

Update:

We have started noticing some services going off line, however with a lesser overall impact, Exetel engineers are investigating this matter with high priority.

services are stable as of now, extensive platform level monitoring is in progress.

Update:

All services have been stable since our last update, the platform was patched at 1:40am to ensure further reliability, Exetel will still continue to extensively monitor the platform however this outage has now been resolved.
