Thank you for this simple and fast mobile app!

Thought I would bring to your attention that Invoices do not display when trying to view them via the Android app. Only a few lines of HTML are displayed with an SQL error.

Can you attach a print screen of the error here (hide your service number) so I will check with our developing team.

:shock: Hey... I ported over from Optus mobile and miss the features of their useage app. I've included a screenshot of Exetel's and Optus' app - mainly, would love it to show days remaining til next cycle and to include voice/sms use. :mrgreen: Pleeeeeease.

Hello,

I cannot get this app to work on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4, running Android 6.0.1.

Google Play Store states that app is compatible with my device, and app installs and opens OK, but login fails, even though I am ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that my login details were entered correctly.

I notice that the app was last updated on 2013-09-04.

I have sent an email to the developer, whose address is shown in the "What's New" section of the Google Play Store app description, and I am waiting for a reply, but I'm also posting here, because I have no idea whether the developer even still works for Exetel.

Please note that our developers are working on a new ios / android "My exetel" app and we hope to release it soon. Therefore the current app may have bugs and it will be removed from the play store. Once the new app gets released, you may able to install it with new features. :)

Please note that we have removed the old "Myexetel" app now and the estimated time for the release of the new app is this October 2017.
To Log a fault ticket, please click click here or alternatively call Exetel VOIP numbers (02) 8030 1000 or 1300 788 141 (log faults 24x7)

Just downloaded and installed it.
Play Store says: First release, v1.0.0, Updated 2017-10-12
Login still fails.
