I think it would be a good idea for Exetel to implement a simple low bandwidth help desk page that could load easily (and affordably) on mobile phone based web clients. This would make notifying problems with connecting to ADSL much easier and practical for many users.
PS. Could implement a similar page for Network status.
Just a thought...
