New Naked DSL customer

I am mid getting setup on Naked DSL and Well Done. I have been well pleased with everything so far. The application status page and SMSs were great for the ADSL change over.

Where could things improve.
1. the notice on the VOIP change over is less than adequate. It would be great to have an other line on the application Status page for this as I was not sure what was going on until I called.

2. I had a message left on my answer machine by a recording from Exetel, I Think. It was unintelligible so if it was import it was lost on me. You might want to look into that service.
