Helpdesk ticket not updating

I've got an open ticket for service failure which I updated at around 9am this morning. This update still isn't showing up on 'my open tickets' in the Helpdesk website. The last update was yesterday evening. I know it normally takes a few minutes to update the status, but is 1.5 hours normal?

In the meantime I've called in with the info requested. The guy I spoke to confirmed that the ticket hadn't been updated by me today.

This still seems to be an issue, I posted an update at 3-25 and it is still not showing up 30 mins later.

Log a fault ticket here
or call Exetel VOIP numbers (02) 8030 1000 or 1300 788 141 (log faults 24x7)

Does that webform just send an e-mail then? I thought it was writing into a database.
