Link from Ticket status to Helpdesk

Is it possible to change the ADSL Fault Status page to include a link to the Exetel Helpdesk page?
Something along the lines of "to view or add to a ticket please log into the Exetel Helpdesk."
Something along the lines of "to view or add to a ticket please log into the Exetel Helpdesk."
