took me a while to actually find where to BUY the mobile plans...

you have to go to "new customer order" tab on the side

and the form to buy the mobile plans are broken.

still unable to BUY the mobile plan for my sister

in Exetel Mobile Residential Online Order Form

Fill out your name & address etc

select a mobile plan from "mobile services"
select a casual data plan

fill out credit card info etc

click "continue order" button

you get to a new page that shows

You need to add at least 1 mobile services <--- even though I selected mobile plan 1

it seems that mobile plan info did not get saved and the form lost the data

The page is confusing, but on THAT page you add the mobile service.

I see, OK I have ordered it, still no direct debit option, only credit card payment.
