Hi,
I am on an older plan and I have received the 'please change your plan' email. So I have submitted a request to change my plan but the request still hasn't been processed. It's been more than a month now. My current plan includes a $5 monthly surcharge.
Who do I have to have coffee with to have my request processed?
btw when I re-submit the request to change the plan, a message is displayed say that my request has already been submitted.
