USer interface when applying for new HSDPA wireless accounf

I applied for a new HSDPA account this evening. All went well but the final summary page had information on it that was not relevent to me.
Specifically the page showed that I had ordered a new Huwei modem but the plan I ordered was for a mobile handset (see image below for relevant section). I suggest one of your web designers review the page to correct this output.
