more voip value packs

Post by brent0r » Sun Oct 17, 2010 7:28 pm

I like the value packs on offer at the momemt for voip but I would like to see another pack for more calls/minutes.

The $5 packs are good, but what about a $8, $10 or $15 add-on or even a combo of both.

The main ones being local/aus calls and mobile calls.
I'm finding that after about 20 days into the month I ease off calling as im close to my "cap". Just a suggestion, perhaps this is already being looked into. I'm to lazy to have to look for an alternative voip provder when you guys are good already.

You can order multiples of the same pack to achieve what you desire.

Are you sure you can order multiples?
I can't see how to do this from the Members Facilities.........

Is it the ADSL service 'add-on packs' such as VP1 and VP4 you are talking about? Or is it the VoIP 'added value' packs' (international)?

I was reffering to the australia landline and australians mobile add-ons. Not international. VP1 and VP4.
VP1 100 VoIP local national VoIP calls for $5.00 per month
VP4 50 Minutes of VOIP Mobile calls for $5.00 per month
And ExetelVoice, I can't see where to add multiples. Are you sure about this? I would love to do this if it is possible. Currently the "pack plans" default
default to excess usage fees after they've been used. Can you show me how to have multiple of the same packs?

Our mistake. Ordering multiple packs is not possible.
We will work on adding $10 denominations of these packs.

The $10 denominations of calls to landlines and calls to mobiles should be available by the end of the week.

We thought about combo packs (landline/mobiles) but realised you will be able to then order these yourselves to suit your calling patterns.
For instance, you may take a $5.00 call to landline pack and a $10 call to mobile pack or vice-versa.

Thank you so much, I really wasn't expecting this to happen so fast. I am very impressed! Looking forward to seeing these new plans ;)

Would the new plans be the same as the current but just doubled? eg. $5 = 100 landline calls, new $10 = 200? or would we get a little more value and have say 220+?
And what about the mobile plans?

Slightly better value
And what about the mobile plans?
What would you like to know?

Sorry I misunderstood - there will be a calls to mobile plan as well, which will be $10 for 110 minutes.

I've just noticed the new packs which I ordered last month aren't activated and still say "Next Billing Month". I removed the old $5 packs as swapped for the $10's but now that they're not working I don't have either :/
Anyone else having this trouble or am I the only one using it?

Had similar issue a few months back... it just takes a few days into the new month for the VP to become active. Once active, it applies retrospectively to the 1st.

Yes I notice that there isn't the VP minute/call counter at the top of the VoIP Usage meter either? That was a good feature, had it just been overlooked?
