....... and its always interesting to be put into a "as soon as possible" file - I wonder what it means on this occasion?

Sincere apologies for the delay. This issue has already been escalated and currently under investigation. I will give you an update once the investigation completed.

The referral program finished off as of 31st December 2011. However, if we are to implement such a program again, we will have you notified.
