Is there nowhere to change your default email address?

Most portals have this, why not exetel?

The link should present a login screen, which will send you off directly to the email page. It works for most browsers.

If you try to use the normal members' login at http://www.exetel.com.au/index_alt.php or the main Flash page you will not be able to use some browsers, owing to code standards problems. For example, Opera doesn't work, but IE and Firefox (which more closely emulates IE errors) do. Other browsers are in-between; eg, Konqueror will get you in, but it fails for some page changes.

I tried to log a support ticket but cannot do that either.

Is this really so necessary to waste both my and support staff time in this way, ie by phone or should I just email?
