Would Exetel consider having a Live Chat for support and assistance?

I haven't used it for ages, but http://chat.exetel.com.au/ is still active. You will receive a host of warnings as the certificate has the wrong name. It is a Java application.

It's never had a good certificate, and I don't know why nothing was ever done about it, because Java has the potential to do damage. It's also now expired.

The code was written for Exetel, so I have trusted it before. There used to be a link in the forum banner, but that was removed a while ago, but the chatroom itself appears to be active. Perhaps ShoneR or SteveJ might have more to add.
