Because of Exetel's outage today a lot of people was without Internet for some times. I did what most of us would do and called technical support to find out if the problem was with my modem or something with Exetel's system. When I called Exetel's number and selected option 2 for support I was simply disconnected. Cutting the line on callers is not just unacceptable but also damaging for Exetel's reputation. A simple recorded message about the technical problems would have put me at ease.
