Payment was dishonoured notifcation

I have a number of clients that include me on their Exetel contact list so I can help with trouble shooting ADSL issues. Today I received a "payment was dishonoured" notification, this notification does not give any indication of the service it is referring too. I've checked and my personal payments have gone through correctly but I'm unable to follow it up as I don't know who's service it is.

Can you please in future include the service number in such emails so it is possible to track which account has out of date payment information?
