Is Google+ included in free social networking mobile data?

Google+ hangouts app is not included under free social network data given for mobile plans (M15).

Ok. Thanks for letting me know. I guess Google+ itself (which is separate from Hangouts) wouldn't be included either. Hopefully Exetel will reconsider sometime soon as the Google+ social network grows bigger.
