Does Exetel have a preferred VPN to use?I am looking for an anom VPN but want to make sure that whichever I use there will be no issues at the Exetel end with shaping or throttling.

There is no such preference with Exetel. I would personally prefer to go with a TCP VPN.

but for gaming and streaming I am guessing that TCP would/could create more lag, would it not?

Yes, gamers may prefer the other.
