Email communication with Exetel

When contacting Exetel via the Website submission form (customer won't have a Sent email contain a copy of what they originally said) or directly via email, responses from Exetel should include copies of previous messages from Exetel & the customer, so that the customer can easily review previous parts of the on-going discussion.

It will be especially useful for the Customer Support Survey emails after a support ticket has been closed.
