Cannot log in to modem

I am unable to log into my ZTE modem using admin/admin. Can you reset the password remotely please?

Yes, we will be able to look into this. Can you PM me your customer ID or the service number. We will then text you the new password.

We also have received a new ZTE modem from Exetel and CANNOT log into the modem.

Rang Exetel on 28/08/2020 and spoke to a person who was so bad at his job, that he couldn't even operate the Exetel database,

Kept saying I'm NOT an authorized person on Richard Humble's account ....VERY frustrating to have to talk to an idiot! HOPELESS!!!!!

I was logged in to Richard Humbles "my Exetel" and could see my name as the authorized person Gary DOBURN!

Now lets move along.

What is the admin account password for the ZTE modem?????

Thanks for phone call, much appreciated.

The modem is now prompting to change the password on first access.

The VOIP was also updated and the phone is now working.
