Are there any instructions on this website to setup the TP Link VG3631 to NBN using FttH?
Thanks

Hi,

Just checking that the TP Link TD - VG3631 modem is one of the modems that Exetel sell.

Is the modem VoIP compatible with NBN FttP ?

Can I plug a standard telephone into this modem to make phone calls ?

Also, can I plug a standard telephone into the NBN modem (in one of the boxes fitted inside the house) ?

Thanks

TD - VG3631 is a VoIP compatible modem router.

A standard telephone should work on the phone port 1.

Unfortunately we do not provide NBN voice services that would work with the voice port found on the NBN termination box.

Hi,

Still deciding which modem to buy.

The Netcomm NF4V listed on Exetel, is that modem compatible for the FttP?

Can I plug a standard phone into that modem?

Thanking you again

Hi machine,

NF4V is primarily sold for FttN/FttB services.

However it is possible to use this device for FttP by going through the advance setup and adding an Ethernet interface.

Best bet would be to refer with the manufacturer for confirmation.

Hi,

I've looked in My Exetel and was unable to locate any list of modems.

Do you have a link to the list of modems that Exetel supply and support?

Thanks

Just a question on Kumudh's post re 'click on Orders | Hardware'... there doesn't seem to be that option anymore if I look today.
Could anyone advise where I can now find the list of modem/routers suitable for NBN (FTTN) that Exetel can provide please?

Thx PJ
