Unable to access CCTv through port forwarding

New to Exetel and received my ZTE modem have setup port forwarding however even after setting up my IP and port am unable to access my hikvision system, even my HIDDNS setup which was working perfectly before changing modems isnt working, any help would be greatly appreciated
