ZTE Exetel Modem Password

Not a complaint but a question.
Is the password supplied with the modem ( the one on the back) a generic password ie. they are all the same, or is each one different.
I ask because my anti virus flagged it as a weak password and it was generic.
I’m just trying to work out how my email account was used for spam when I hardly send emails.

Thank you for reaching out. Please note that Each modem has given a unique WiFi password which is different from each other. However the modem administrative password is the same for each device and it is a generic password as you have already seen but this will be prompted to change at the first login.

Further to that if you wish to change your WiFi password, you may follow the steps given on the below link and do the necessary.
