I feel this is a spam email correct me if im wrong.

The folowing email was received from an exemail email address ?

Programs for your PC <bmgt7@exemail.com.au>

If indeed this is spam I would expect exetel to act on this ASAP one of my pet hates is spam.....

yep that's spam, you would need to read the header info to see if it came from an Exetel user or not, if it did Exetel could notify the user that they have an infected machine, it could just be a forged header like 99% of spam is and didn't actually come from that user at all though

Yes according to header mail was sent from exetels server

The last address before yours will always be Exetel's. My spam today was all allegedly sent by me to me. Tracking through the header I see that it came to Exetel from a customer of an ISP (Fibertel) in Argentina.

I'm sure he's reading the from details and not the message header
