The Heartbleed Bug

Hi All,

This post was created to educate our customers on the infamous Heartbleed Bug

This is to ensure our customers that Exetel has taken all measures to fix any vulnerabilities that could have led user information being compromised.

To be on the safe side, Exetel advises that you change your Exetel members log on password.

Make it a habit to change log on passwords of any website, not necessarily Exetels, when ever possible, it is a good practice that could mitigate accounts from being compromised, better be safe than sorry :)

How do I change my Exetel members facility password ?

Go over to : http://www.exetel.com.au

Select "My Exetel" that could be found on your left hand side.

Once prompted to your logon screen, use your existing credentials and log in.

Once logged in, select the "log in" details tab.

change the user facilities password accordingly.
