Hey All,

Miranda exchange and the speed test from Exetel link:


Last Result:
Download Speed: 2385 kbps (298.1 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 631 kbps (78.9 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 32 ms
Jitter: 4 ms

Yuck.

Isolation tests and so on completed. Even the pfSense firewall reports slow connection.

Yuck.

We have rebuilt the port at the Dslam according to your service. Power reboot the modem and monitor the service. If the issue persists, let us know for further check on this.

We have further investigated and created a ticket reference 11267684. We need few tests to be completed from you, before escalating with the supplier. We have emailed you all in detail via the ticket and reply back to the same email by attaching the test results.
