Hi, I'm in Perth and since the morning of the 17th of March AWST my ADSL connection's been dropping out frequently - the connection is up for a couple of hours at a time and then disconnects and reconnects. I also have a landline through Exetel and there's intermittent noise on the line and sometimes no dial tone at all.
I've tried doing an isolation test, having only the ADSL modem plugged into the wall and the connection still drops in this setup. I've also tried changing the phone cables to the modem and there's no change - connection still drops.
Prior to the 17th my ADSL stayed connected for days at a time and the landline worked without issue.
Would you be able to provide assistance? Thanks.
