Windy day=lots of dropouts

The link has been stable for several weeks and so this is probably a local problem in Southern NSW at the moment.

Checking through our radius servers logs, we could see that your connection is currently dropping out. I have performed a ling test and couldn't locate any major abnormal results. However I have completely rebuilt the port at the Dslam and therefore power reboot the modem and monitor the connection further. If the issue persists, troubleshoot with below suggested and contact Exetel support by quoting the ticket reference number 13345893.

1. Remove all connected devices and plug the modem only directly to the main telephone wall socket and monitor.
2. Connect a known working telephone handset and check for any noises or the quality of the phone line.
