My Exetel Naked DSL Application Status shows that my ADSL activation was completed on 13 May 2008.
I also receive email and phone call message to confirm activation but I cannot get connection. I have tried 2 different modems but cannot get connected. The phone line still has a dial tone and I was able to call in this morning.
Do I still need to call provisioning ?
Line Activated already but no sync / adsl
