I will be signing up a business contact who is moving into a brand new warehouse. There is a non-active phone line there at the moment.
What do i need to find out about before i can get them to join up?
As the POTS service is not active yet, i would think that he can connect to Telstra then sign up for Naked, or what happens if he can sign up to Optus straight away?
Connection issues, drop outs or speed related faults for ADSL and ADSL2+ services

He should contact Telstra to activate the line.
