Hi

I have just moved house and filled in the whole moving service form. My old connection has been disconnect and my new connection is in the pending stage (the incphone plans). I've just spoken to a telstra tech who did some work on my line and my new connection is on a RIM so no ADSL2 I guess. I need to apply for ADSL1, can someone please kill my ADSL 2 application and allow me to put in an ADSL1 application (the tech double checked I am on an ADSL port at the RIM and exchange).

Your best bet might be to email your service number to provisioning@exetel.com.au and ask them to cancel the pending ADSL2+ order. Alternatively you may receive a rejection email in the next few days due to the RIM. If you do, you can just go straight ahead and reapply for ADSL1

Thanks for the response Corey. The ADSL2 bounced this morning and have put in an ADSL1 application. So hopefully will be back online in a few days.
