Extreme slowness beyond Exetel

This evening download speed is crawling but Exetel speed tests are flying. Is something broken somewhere?

I heard of some tweaks done at Exetel very shortly after your post and so suspect this issue has now been resolved (see http://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.ph ... 02#p228102). Are you still experiencing the slow speeds?

Much better now on HSPA. Was getting 312 down 110 up earlier, now back to my usual average (1769 down 356 up).

I was back to normal speeds also. It was funny that during the "tweaking" the speed and latency to Exetel's speedtest was actually higher than I usually get but anything outside of Exetel was crawling. I wonder what that means.
