Hi,
This month I seemed to have been put onto the 'you've gone over the limit, do you accept the excess charges' numerous times. Dispite having the 'yes I want to be shaped' checkboxes ticked in the user facilities. It happened at the start of the month when i had zero usage, and also each day for the last few days. It's not immediately after the midnight/midday switch over, but a few hours into the new peak/off peak zone.
Thanks,
Clive

Try lodging a ticket with Exetel.

Sounds like an unfortunate repeat of an issue that occurred in January / February. A support ticket or an email to residentialsupport@exetel.com.au should be able to sort it out
