CHANGING FROM PTLD - INC2DSLC

Post by fridgie » Thu Apr 23, 2009 9:12 am

Is it possible to change from PTLD to INC2DSLC with no downtime? (fast churn)

If there is a down time how long would I be without internet?

Powertel plans don't allow for transferring away due to the method in which ADSL2+ is provided, so it is necessary to cancel and reapply (hence 2-3 weeks downtime). But Exetel can provide a loan HSPA modem and service for this interim period. See http://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=28591 (ANYPHONE plans were the precursor to PTL plans)
