No user name or password

I recently signed up to a Naked ADSL2 service and I got the email saying that is already to go on the 25th. I recieved the modem today in the mail and went to set it all up when I realised in the email that where it gives my username and password it was blank. So how do I find out my username and password?

Simple...call Exetel tech support!

your username is yourtendigitphonenumber@abbreviationofyourstate.exetel.com.au
your password is ten digit phone number first two letters of your street( IN CAPITALS)

...or, summarising the above two posts: see http://exetel.com.au/new-user-information.php (available from the Additional Info, New User Information part of the web site), then look under Connecting to Exetel.

If this default username / password doesn't work, then the blank entries in the automated email may indicate a glitch in setting up your user account in which case a quick email to residentialsupport@exetel.com.au will be able to sort things out.
