Hi,

It appears the exchange you are currently on had an issue with our supplier's internal systems. This was resubmitted multiple times by them before the error was found.

This means we are resubmitting the order again now. I am having this re-escalated as we speak. I understand the frustration caused for the abnornmally long wait.

Can you e-mail paulp@exetel.com.au with this thread link and I'll see what I can do to help mediate the long wait should you decide to wait just a little more before the application is resubmitted and properly completed.
