Are all the INC plans provided through Optus? I know the NAK plans are but wondered.
My sister in law has just moved house to ASHF (Ashfield) exchange in Sydney and had her Naked plan move rejected as Optus says they have no ports available. PTL plans are available for ASHF but these would require a Telstra line rental which rather defeats the purpose of going naked, and also means a substantial price increase after you factor in the Telstra rental.
Despite the rejection for NAK plans, curiously the Exetel line checker says this for INC plans:
Exchange Code: ASHF
Exchange Availability: YES
Exchange Capacity Reached: NO
Telephone Service Availability: Transfer Current Telephone Service Available
ADSL2 Service Availability: ADSL2 Service Available
She'd like to just "transfer" her NAK service but it's looking like she'll have to go with someone else. Does anyone have some clever suggestion (not HSPA - the download allowances are too low)?
Connection issues, drop outs or speed related faults for ADSL and ADSL2+ services

You can just keep resubmitting the application. Ports open up random as other users transfer or cancel servicesPatrickT wrote:Does anyone have some clever suggestion (not HSPA - the download allowances are too low)?
