ADSL2 - Can't Browse (Blocked ip 115.x.x.x)

hi

i've gone thru my on-peak however i'm not getting redirected to the exetel warning page. i'm now in off-peak and i have no internet access also though i have plently of data left. my ip has been changed to a blocked ip i assuming - 115.x.x.x. could someone check my account please.

It is still early, so if you can get to http://blocked.exetel.com.au/ you may be able to bring up the block page to sort out an ordinary usage/spam/payment etc problem. Normally blocked IPs are 10.*.*.1

The blocked IP range was changed to a Public IP range, because sometimes the private IP address had conflict issue with customer private LAN range.
If you find you are assigned an IP from 115.70.224.0/19, it means your are blocked for some reason. You will be redirected to http://blocked.exetel.com.au/
