Terrible Pings and Packet Loss

Usually my connection is very good.
BUT tonight there is something drastically wrong.
Ping, tracert

Nothing changed my end,
Have a look at the ping now;

And judging by these speedtests at the above pings, there doesn't seem to be anything wrong at my end.

I've been having the same problem since last night (wed 2nd Dec 2009)

Suddenly really slow browsing speeds, no changes made at all here. Any ideas??? No problems seem to be reported on Exetel Network Status. I'm in Perth if that helps.
