SOLVED-Account suspended cannot log a fault

NEVER MIND, Probelm solved! I got redirected to the blocked page eventually.

My ADSL account has been suspended due to usage (as it says in the members status page). But when I try to log a fault ticket the connection times out. I think I am supposed to be redirected to the blocked page so I can activate my account again but it does not go to the blocked page. A few days ago I was redirected to the blocked page and I agreed to pay the extra usage charges so it shouldn't have happend. I would appreciate if someone in Exetel could help me.
