ADSL application status

I'm awaiting confirmation for a ADSL2+ Naked connection. Exetel's application status page acknowledges the connection but doesn't list an ETA on the line activation (as per the below) - it's been ten days since the supplier confirmed receipt of the application.

Exetel Submit Your Application To Supplier On This Date 2010-01-12
Supplier Confirms Receipt Of Your Application On This Date 2010-01-12
Estimated Date For Line Activation *
ADSL Activation Completed On This Date

Can anyone please let me know when this line will be live? (you'll need to PM me to get the line number, obviously).

You can try emailing provisioning@exetel.com.au, include your service number, and ask for an ETA to confirm that things are still on track
