I have about had it with this ISP between my 400 - 700ms ping times and my 25kbps download speeds on an 8mb connection. I wonder how long until I get a useful reply.
More importantly when will you (and I) get a useful connection? (BTW it's probably not Exetel to blame but Telstra) I have the exact same problem with pings/speeds on my $85 8mb connection - still, at least it connected, even if only dial-up speed - still off the air here (Berwick Vic) - sending this via 3G
