Incorrect information in members area [Resolved]

Post by LordS » Thu Apr 01, 2010 6:48 am

I just signed up to the plan FP-D2 as its advertised as No Limit = Unlimited and yet in the members facilities there is some BS No charge crap, and my usage meter is showing off peak as 86GB.

I think not.

I signed up for an off peak of infinity.

Please fix this asap.

yes i have seen this to when i checked details

my download has been 340 mb`s from midnight

my adsl usage details it shows...

"Uncharged Plan Maximum Off Peak Download 86 gbytes"

service details shows.....

Service Number: xxxxxxxxxxxx
Plan Type: FP-D2
Monthly Access Charge: $75.00
Peak Download Limit (Mbyte): 30000
Peak Period Option: 12:00pm – 12:00am
Excess Downloads per Gbyte: $0.50
OffPeak Download Limit (Mbyte): No Charge
OffPeak Excess Downloads per Gbyte: N/A
Service Line Speed: 8192/384
Service Activation Date: 2008-04-10
Contract Period: 6 Months
Initial Contract End Date: 2008-10-10

SO why does it show a "86" gb figure ??? when i have d/load 390gb`s in of peak

this is what i have d/loaded so far.. as of midnight the 1st

Usage Detail From 2010-04-01 To 2010-04-01
Period: 12:00 am to 12:00 pm 390.34 MB of peak

i`m confused....

The plan has obviously been incorrectly set to have the no charge organically growing off peak, compared to what is advertised : Unlimited.

I`m on the new FP-D2 plan too, but it says my excess peak downloads are charged at $6.gb not 50 cents, but my contract said 50 cents as did/does the web page, is this just like a typo error or will I actually charged $6 if I go over peak (30gb) usage ?

Also, when I swapped over it said I had signed up for a 12 month contract, but it only says 6 month contract on my user page, 6 months is fine, bit I would prefer a 12 month contract.

Your service like mine still has shaping enabled.

You have to speak to a tech and ask them to remove it.

It's a new plan, give the developers sometime to fix it.

I just switched over to it as well

So it is unlimited and the members area is reporting it wrong or it is capped off at 85GB?

Did you read the post immediately before yours? Give it a few days for the developers to fix it.

I'm very quickly approaching the 89GB limit, and I'm feeling uneasy with the fact this hasn't been fixed yet.

Can we please have an ETA?
