NF/21NOTEL excess gb charge is $6.00 instead of $0.50 ?

NF/21NOTEL excess gb charge is $6.00 instead of $0.50 ?

I changed my plan to NF/21NOTEL last month and it kicked in today. I am sure that when I signed up, the charges are $ 0.50 per gb over excess download. I just checked my service details today and it is saying $6.00 gb for excess download. Did I miss something or do I need to do something else to change the $6.00 excess to $0.50 excess ?
