Why has my previous post been locked?????????

Bad speed again ADSL2+. Syncing at 12Mb/s.

It was locked abruptly, and without explanation, wasn't it? Probably because if you have a fault that you are seeking to have fixed, it is best to log it via a ticket. Otherwise, you just get a whole lot of "me too" posts, which serve little purpose in helping you fix your issue.

Though in saying that, there are a higher then usual number of threads and posts from QLD services with similar symptoms. Might be something more systematic that Exetel are looking into but either way a fault ticket is the preferred avenue.
