Can't access some websites?

Post by nerdboyxxx » Wed Jun 02, 2010 2:08 pm

Hi guys :).

It seems that I can't access certain websites for some reason. MOST websites work, yet some don't. Some include wikipedia, xfire and megaupload.

I am running a virus scan just to make sure I don't have a trojan or some other nasty, but I was just wondering if anyone else had the same issues and how they fixed it :).

Thanks for all the help.

You can try changing the MTU size to 1400 and if that does not work drop it down again to 1300. You would need to do this via the modem settings.

Seems to be a systemic issue that resolved itself. See http://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=284&t=36319 for instance
