No port 80 traffic, VOIP & Email ok

Hi,
My friend in Melbourne isnt getting port 80 traffic, yet voip and email are fine.

Any suggestions to a fix/solution?

Rule out a few obvious things by using a different browser and a different computer. (I'm particularly thinking of malware that hijacks the browser and put a proxy address in your Internet settings). If the issue persists on each different browser / computer then you should log a fault.

a fault has been logged.

Note that an Adelaide cust had the same issue on the weekend. refer to ADSL1 forum.
