Connection issues, drop outs or speed related faults for ADSL and ADSL2+ services

Rule out a few obvious things by using a different browser and a different computer. (I'm particularly thinking of malware that hijacks the browser and put a proxy address in your Internet settings). If the issue persists on each different browser / computer then you should log a fault.GLOpro wrote:Any suggestions to a fix/solution?
