Continuity Problems w OLRPG

Post by Brooksy » Fri Sep 17, 2010 2:13 pm

G'day,
Having a problem remaining connected to an OLRPG server. No local non-exetel users are suffering same problem.

added: Software and/or settings haven't been changed, I have NOT been banned from the server, Packet loss is sometimes around 10% – usually <0.5%

I will keep connection to the server for maybe 5 minutes before losing connection. I have done several speed and connection tests and no complaints, but.....
Line seems audibly clear as a bell, isolation test - very little to no change.
Using a Netgear N-150 modem/router
From the modem:
ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 24076 kbps 1022 kbps
Line Attenuation 23.3 db 14.4 db
Noise Margin 6.2 db 7.0 db

Test Results from http://www.ozspeedtest.com/bandwidth-te ... s/13177394 >Oz Broadband Speed Test
----------------------------------
Test run on 17/09/2010* @ 01:48 PM

Mirror: Exetel
Data:15 MB
Test Time: 7.84 secs

Your line speed is 15.99 Mbps (15990 kbps).
Your download speed is 1.95 MB/s (1999 KB/s).

Modem log messages show me logging in to check it... lol. Nothing else.
Not dropping out & renegotiating

Would appreciate any suggestions, thanks :)
