Continuity Problems w OLRPG

Having a problem remaining connected to an OLRPG server. No local non-exetel users are suffering same problem.

added: Software and/or settings haven't been changed, I have NOT been banned from the server, Packet loss is sometimes around 10% – usually <0.5%

I will keep connection to the server for maybe 5 minutes before losing connection. I have done several speed and connection tests and no complaints, but.....
Line seems audibly clear as a bell, isolation test - very little to no change.
Using a Netgear N-150 modem/router
From the modem:
ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 24076 kbps 1022 kbps
Line Attenuation 23.3 db 14.4 db
Noise Margin 6.2 db 7.0 db

Modem log messages show me logging in to check it... lol. Nothing else.
Not dropping out & renegotiating
