Usage meter counting offpeak as peak again?

Post by rseydler » Tue Sep 28, 2010 1:41 pm

Hi,

I thought we were a little high on our peak usage this month so did a quick trial last night and we got 375.90 MB downloaded between 12midnight and 2am today. I can definately say that there was nothing going at that time. Anyone else having usage report inconsistencies?

That may be an automatic correction, where Exetel have realised their miscounting, and rectified the tallies (seems as though an amount has now been moved from peak to off peak, which is beneficial for you). Are the total now in line with your own assessment of usage?

Yes it's dong it again. Because today is the last today of the current billing cycle, I'll submit a ticket if it does not resolve soon.
